Active filters · Apply buttonChoices shown as chips above the results; results update instantly, so no Apply button.

Lists copied from the live page on 12 October 2026. One live behavior is handed elsewhere: removing All-Inclusive itself to pair two other interests goes to "Search all advisors."

SCIENTIFIC MESSAGING HYPOTHESIS

IF
we let travelers verify fit and trust before they contact anyone,
BY
CHANGING the filters from an advisor directory to a panel built around the trip (three forms: trip questions, familiar filters cleaned up, one search box), and the ranking from self-chosen tags to trips actually planned; ADDING a headline that names the match, one proof strip beneath it, a subhead matched to who's going, one free no-obligation action per card, a compare tray and a matched offer; REMOVING the duplicate Specialty menu, the Apply button and the limit of two interests,
WILL
increase contact starts per visitor without lowering completed contacts,
BECAUSE
both blockers — "Is this for my kind of trip?" and "Can I trust this?" — are answered before the click, not after.

TEST PLAN

Test:
Live page vs. this treatment, 50/50, on the All-Inclusive search page. Roll to other interest pages only after a win.
Primary metric:
Contact starts per visitor (Message or Call clicked).
Guardrail:
Completed contacts per visitor must not fall.
Also watch:
Profile views · compare use · share who name a trip type (Panel 1: "Who's going?"; Panels 2–3: a trip-type interest) · offer clicks.
What a win proves:
The page as a whole. Because A–D ship together, a win won't say which part did it. Follow-up tests isolate: headline (proof-led, as Hypothesis 3 is written) · questions panel · trip-based ranking (C) · compare (B) · offer (D) · adaptive subhead (A).
Left panel:
Three variations built (1 Questions · 2 Filters · 3 Search), each with every filter on today's page. One goes into the main test; the other two are tested against it next.
Sample size:
Set from TLN's baseline traffic and contact rate (TLN to supply).
